2. The Service

CamperAgent is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product providing AI-powered assistance related to camper and motorhome usage.

The Service is provided electronically.

3. Pre-launch access

The Service is currently offered as a pre-launch product.

By purchasing CamperAgent, you are purchasing a future right of access to the Service once it becomes publicly available.

The Service is scheduled to be released in Q1 2026. The launch date may change.

No access to the Service is provided before the official launch.

4. Scope of purchase

Each purchase grants:

• access to the Service for twelve (12) months, starting from the official public launch date;
• access limited to the number of campers selected at checkout;
• a fixed, discounted price secured before launch.

The price is calculated as:

price per camper × number of campers

The payment is a one-time payment.

5. Payments

Prices are displayed before purchase.

Payments are processed via external payment providers (e.g. Stripe).

Invoices are issued in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

6. Refund guarantees (pre-launch)

For pre-launch purchases, the following guarantees apply:

• You may request a full refund at any time before the official launch, without providing a reason.
• If the Service is not released, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, unless you have expressly agreed to immediate performance of the Service.

For pre-launch purchases, withdrawal and refunds are governed by Section 6 above.

8. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The Provider may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, particularly during development, maintenance, or testing.

9. User responsibilities

You are responsible for using the Service in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

You must not misuse the Service or attempt to interfere with its operation.

10. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service remain the property of the Provider.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service solely for its intended purpose.

11. Liability

The Provider is not liable for interruptions, errors, delays, or temporary unavailability of the Service, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
